The Future 50 of Greater Detroit pays tribute to successful emerging companies across the Detroit region. Winners are selected through an application process that includes history of business, length of time in business, number of full-time employees, annual revenues, annual growth, etc. MarketShare also has the opportunity to be chosen to be profiled, garnering more public awareness of the company and the business.
MarketShare will be featured in the Fall 2006 "Detroiter" magazine, winners will also be announced on WWJ Newsradio 950. The company will also be recognized at the Future 50 Awards Luncheon to be held on October 27, 2006 at the Troy Marriott where Mike will accept our official "Future 50" plaque.
MarketShare was awarded the "Best in
Class for Effectiveness" Award by the U.S. Postal Service. SAVE
is a company that is always researching the best innovative ways
to reach their customers.
Mike, President of SAVE, started his Direct Mail business
in 1984 in Troy, Michigan, with a circulation of 80,000 in 1987.
Since 2003 circulation has grown to three million homes on a monthly
basis in three
states (Michigan, Illinois and Minnesota). Mike is a true advocate
of the Postal Service and is very knowledgeable on Direct Mail. SAVE utilizes
Mike as a spokesperson to tie Television, Cable and Radio Marketing
directly to the product (Direct Mail).
On seeing the Advance presentation, Mike saw the value and
timesaving opportunities that the Advance program will offer SAVE and
the U.S. Postal Service. The Advance program was implemented
within the next month. Since then, SAVE has
increased their confidence in the Postal Service and both have
achieved significant cost savings. SAVE has positioned
themselves as a true working partner with the Sales and BSN teams
and this has saved the U.S. Postal Service and SAVE operational
costs.
