I have built up my monthly sales from ZERO to over $30,000/mth, with an ultimate goal of $50,000/mth by the end of this, my second year. I began working at MarketShare in April of 1996. Before I started at MarketShare, I had been in the direct mail business for about 7 years and just wasn't happy where my career was heading. The company president, Mike Gauthier, came out to Chicago for the company's first expansion market and I was in the first group of Chicago market employees. That was the best move I made for my career and my family. Ten years later I am still with the company and couldn't ask for a better place to work. One of the main reasons I stay at MarketShare is the great response that my customers receive from our magazine. You would not believe how much better that makes my life! I still have customers that started with me in 1996 that advertise monthly with me. The company offers a 401(k) and a profit sharing plan that has grown each year. I'm looking forward to using that for retirement. Being in the direct mail business for over 17 years, I have found no other direct mail company to be as fair to their employees as MarketShare is.
